About Children and Teen Courses


This course offers Teen’s an introduction to Anapana meditation, which is observation of the natural breath to concentrate the mind. Young people who have started practicing this technique have realized many benefits. Their ability to concentrate is enhanced, their memory gets sharper, their ability to comprehend a subject improves, and they become calmer. In general, they feel they have a practical tool to use in the face of any kind of adversity or challenge.

The course includes meditation instruction, art, games and storytelling. These courses are provided free of charge to students and are able to be run based on donations from prior students.
